The 8-Week Course is a systematic training in mindfulness with a focus on reducing stress and pain. It was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn of the Center for Mindfulness, and has been taught in medical centers worldwide for more than 30 years.

This is an adventure where you study your own life
Each class includes teacher guidance and instruction, small and large-group exercises, and group discussion in a compassionate atmosphere. There are daily assignments, up to one hour per day, to be done at home between classes. These include guided mindfulness meditation, simple yoga, written reflections on daily experience, and suggested readings.
All necessary instructional materials, including Audio for guided meditations, are included.

Mindful-heartful retreats are of benefit to people from all walks of life. The retreats will include both guided and silent meditations, walking mediation and group discussions. Ample free time will be provided each day for just being and for personal exploration.
